ISONQ reads a vector PDF print and produces AS9102 Rev C Forms 1, 2 and 3.

Dimensions, tolerances, GD&T frames, datums, thread callouts and surface finishes are extracted as structured characteristics. Balloon each one, record measurements against it, and build the FAIR package. Runs on the host workstation.

DATA HANDLING

All processing is performed locally on the host workstation.
Drawings, job records and inspection data are written to local storage only.
No telemetry. No usage analytics. No third-party services.
Outbound requests are limited to licence validation and update retrieval, and are recorded to a local append-only ledger available for inspection. The privacy policy enumerates each request type.
Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256.

Load the model

A STEP model opens alongside the drawing. Select a face and associate a characteristic with the feature rather than a location on the sheet.

Balloon and measure

Selecting a characteristic balloons it and populates its row. Fragmented or merged callouts are corrected by hand; nothing is committed without operator confirmation.

SETUP AND REMOVAL

What you are installing.

Unattended installation

The installer registers its components and completes without configuration. No account is required. An .msi package is available for group deployment.

Records retained on removal

Removal affects application files only. FAIR records remain in place, as stated by the uninstaller during removal.

Independently verifiable

The application maintains an append-only ledger of every network call and presents it in full: inspection data transmitted, telemetry events, anomalies. The ledger exports as text, and the application operates under an outbound firewall deny rule.
